Why LoadControl exists

We didn't start with technology. We started with the day.

Spend a day inside an expedited brokerage and you'll see it: the people with the most experience — the ones customers trust, the ones who can price a hotshot lane from memory and talk a driver through a bad pickup — spend most of their day on coordination. Re-reading email threads to find a rate. Calling a driver for the third time. Retyping the same shipment details into a posting. Chasing a POD at 6 PM so the invoice can go out.

That work has to happen. Every task matters. But none of it is why those brokers are good, and none of it is why customers stay. Experienced brokers create value through judgment — reading a customer, pricing a lane, handling the load that goes sideways — not through repetitive coordination.

We built LoadControl so the coordination gets done — correctly, on time, every shipment — while the people who know freight spend their day on customers, decisions, and problems worth solving. We don't claim to know your freight better than you do. Nobody does. We built the tool we wished existed on the hardest days — one that carries the coordination so the judgment stays where it belongs.
