Terms of Service
Last updated: July 9, 2026
The service
LoadControl provides software that helps freight brokerages coordinate shipments — quote intake, carrier vetting, driver communication, customer updates, and shipment records. LoadControl prepares; the broker approves. Outbound communications are sent only after broker approval.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspace, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must have the right to provide any contact information you enter for drivers, carriers, and customers.
SMS/text messaging terms
- LoadControl sends SMS/MMS messages related to shipment coordination (dispatch confirmations, pickup instructions, status check-ins, document requests, and delivery updates) to drivers and carriers who have agreed to coordinate a shipment and provided a mobile number for that purpose.
- Message frequency varies by shipment activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- For support, contact support@loadcontrol.ai.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to violate any law or carrier requirement, or to transmit content you do not have the right to send.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is." LoadControl is a coordination tool and does not itself broker freight; brokers remain responsible for their operational decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadControl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be communicated to workspace owners. Questions: support@loadcontrol.ai.
