LoadControl ("LoadControl," "we," "us") provides an operations platform that helps freight brokerages coordinate shipments. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, company name, and settings you provide when creating a workspace.
• Operational data — shipment, quote, carrier, and communication records your brokerage creates or connects while coordinating freight.
• Contact information for coordination — phone numbers and email addresses of drivers, carriers, and customers that brokers provide in order to coordinate shipments.

How we use information

We use information solely to provide the service: coordinating shipments, sending broker-approved communications, and maintaining a record of shipment activity. We do not sell personal information.

SMS/text messaging

LoadControl sends SMS/MMS messages (such as dispatch confirmations, pickup instructions, status check-ins, and delivery updates) to drivers and carriers who have agreed to coordinate a shipment and provided their mobile number for that purpose. Message frequency varies by shipment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the platform (such as hosting, email delivery, and telecommunications providers), and only to the extent required to deliver the service.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authenticated workspace members, and we retain information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
